- 2 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 large carrot, cut into thin slices
- 2 potatoes, diced

- 1 onion, chopped
- 100 g shiitake mushrooms, sliced
- 1 liter dashi broth
- 3 tbsp miso paste
- 1 tbsp soy sauce

Instructions
- Heat the sesame oil in a large pot over medium heat.
- Add the pork belly strips and fry until lightly browned.
- Add the carrot, potatoes, sweet potato, onion and shiitake and fry together for a few minutes.
- Pour in the dashi and bring to a boil.
