Shipping and Delivery Information
How quickly will you receive your order?
If you order on a business day before 1 p.m., we strive to ship your order the same day, so it usually arrives the next day. This applies to shipments within Germany. Longer delivery times are to be expected for deliveries to other EU countries.
Please note that delays in postal operations may occur and no legal claims can be derived from the stated delivery times. If your delivery is delayed, we ask you to wait an additional two days. If the tracking still shows no new information, please contact our customer service.

We ship our products to the following countries:
DHL Zone 1 - EU: Belgium, Denmark, France, Luxembourg, Monaco, Netherlands, Austria, Poland, Czech Republic.
DHL Zone 1 - non EU: Liechtenstein, Switzerland, United Kingdom
DHL Zone 2 - EU/non EU: Andorra, Italy, San Marino, Sweden, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Hungary, Vatican City.
DHL Zone 3 - EU: Bulgaria, Estonia, Finland, Greece, Ireland, North Macedonia, Montenegro, Norway, Republic of Moldova, Serbia, Ukraine, Belarus
Shipping Costs
For Germany, shipping costs are €4.99 for orders under €59.99 and free shipping from €60.00. For all other EU countries, we deliver in different tiers:

Delivery of Your Order
In Germany, delivery is carried out by DHL. This service provider ensures punctual and correct delivery in 99% of cases.
Return Due to Incorrect Address or Non-Collection
If Cognisance UG incurs additional shipping or processing costs due to an incorrect delivery address, wrong recipient, or non-collection of a package at a parcel station or parcel shop, these costs must be borne by the customer, unless the error in the address is not the customer's fault.
Regulations for Returns Due to Incorrect Address or Non-Collection:
- Refunds are made minus €9.50, which covers the costs for preparation, packaging, shipping, and return postage.
- For a new order, the customer will be provided with a voucher code for a one-time free shipping delivery.
Important
Additionally, especially pasta or chips are prone to being partially damaged during shipping. We cannot assume liability for this.
